Elevating Your Game with Hockey Analysis
My Background & Philosophy
C4 Development is a hockey video analysis company founded by Northeastern Alumni Codie Cross. I spent 4 seasons with the Huskies from 2016-2020. While on the team I was apart of 3 Hockey East Championships, and 3 NCAA appearances. I was fortunate to represent Team Canada at the U18 Championships winning a silver medal, and Team Canada U22 Development Team. After graduating Northeastern, I joined the PWHPA New Hampshire Team for one year before hanging up the skates on my playing career. The next year I coached a Bantam AA boys team in my home town where I was able to clip game footage and help my team understand the game better.

Hockey is a game that is constantly evolving and getting faster. As a hockey player you need to be able to keep up, or unfortunately you just won't be able to reach the next level. Physically the sport is very demanding and intense, but on the flip side it is also an incredibly mental one as well. Just as it is important that you can physically impact the game, you need to be able to understand and process it at a high pace. This is where video analysis becomes super important...
I'm all about understanding the why and how each individual player thinks on the ice. Why did that player do that? What did they see in that situation? Why did that player go there? Why is that players stick in that position? etc. When we can understand the why, the better equipped we will be working through the clips together. We are all individuals who see the game through different lenses. Ultimately, I am here to support the players who are on the ice with an experienced, unbiased view point to grow their knowledge and understanding of their own abilities.
